‘Wellbeing at Work’ is a podcast that stems from our annual ‘Corporate Wellbeing Recognition Scheme’ launched in September 2019. The purpose of the scheme is to publicly recognise and reward companies, regardless of the size of their businesses, that have successfully implemented positive changes for the benefit of their employees.

GibSams continues to offer support and work with each of the worthy recipients who have successfully implemented positive changes to benefit their employees. As part of this initiative, we have recorded a series of episodes with each of the successful recipients of the 2020 Corporate Wellbeing Star and Recognition  Awards. This podcast aims to allow each successful recipient an opportunity to share with other organisations the measures they introduced and the steps that were taken by them to create a work environment that fosters good mental health as well as physical health.

The podcast is available on Spotify and YouTube, with new episodes being released every 2-3 weeks.
